Terms of use
Version dated October 16, 2026. Digutils provides digital tools under these Terms.
General provisions
- These Terms govern use of the Digutils website, calculators, converters, temporary email and other available features. The Operator and contact channels are identified on the Contacts page.
- Using the Service means accepting these Terms; features with an explicit acknowledgement require it. The Privacy Policy separately describes personal data processing.
Purpose and reference nature
- Digutils provides informational and computational tools, not banking, payment, legal, engineering, medical, financial or other professional advice.
- Outputs depend on supplied inputs and assumptions and are not guaranteed complete, accurate, current or fit for a specific decision. Users must independently verify significant decisions and consult professionals where appropriate.
Acceptable use
- Users must not commit fraud, send spam, distribute malware, evade limits or security controls, overload systems or access other people's accounts or data.
- Do not submit credentials, keys, tokens or unnecessary sensitive information. The Operator may restrict access to protect security and availability.
Temporary email
- Temporary email is a short-lived receive-only tool, not a persistent mailbox or a service for account recovery or critical notifications.
- Do not use it for banking credentials, payment authorization codes, passwords, important account recovery or other sensitive information.
- An inbox normally lasts 30 minutes, with one extension up to a total lifetime of 60 minutes. Messages and inboxes are periodically deleted from active storage; recovery is not provided.
- File attachment content, including embedded images and other MIME files, is intentionally discarded; only limited filename, type and size metadata may remain. Attachments cannot be viewed or downloaded.
- Delivery, interoperability with third-party services and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.
Acknowledgement before creation
- Creating an inbox on the temporary-mail page requires checking acknowledgement of these Terms and the Privacy Policy; the create button is unavailable otherwise. Checking and clicking Create indicates acceptance.
- The public API also requires an explicit acceptance flag and rejects requests without it. A technical flag is a client declaration, not proof of identity or actual reading. Ordinary tools do not require this checkbox.
Third-party messages and financial actions
- Senders are responsible for their messages. Receipt does not prove the Operator read or used a message, entered an account or performed a financial transaction.
- Digutils is not a party to user relationships with banks, senders or independent websites.
Ask Digutils
- This feature helps find tools and understand needs. Do not include secrets or personal documents. When collection is enabled, query texts may be kept for up to 30 days as specified in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
- The Service is provided as is and as available, to the extent permitted by law, without guaranteed uninterrupted operation or any particular outcome.
- The Operator may change or suspend features. The Operator does not assume liability for independent user decisions based on unverified output, third-party senders or external transactions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
- Expired temporary messages are not guaranteed recoverable. Liability limitations operate only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual property
- Source code, designs and protected content belong to their respective rights holders. Ideas are governed by separately published idea submission rules.
Changes and contacts
- Updated Terms may be published with an effective date; mandatory legal requirements take precedence. Material changes may require renewed acceptance.
- Questions and claims may be sent via the Contacts page. Operator details and applicable law must be completed before a public legal release.
